Live Well Homecare is seeking a Clinical Educator to design and deliver staff education and professional development activities aimed at improving patient outcomes. The role emphasizes collaboration across clinical and non-clinical teams, with a focus on safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Nursing or Healthcare, possess an RN license, and have 2–5 years of experience. A Master’s in Nursing is preferred, along with BCLS certification and 5–10 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare.
• 2-5 years of experience.
• RN license required.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree in Nursing, 5-10 years of experience, and Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification.
• Physical ability to perform job duties is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff;
• Collaborate with staff and external organizations to develop training;
• Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance;
• Work with leadership to identify educational needs and develop appropriate plans;
