Qualifications

3–5 years of nursing experience.
3–5 years of experience in clinical education, staff development, precepting, or a comparable clinical learning role.
1–3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Leads and advances clinical education programs across nursing and other clinical disciplines.
Oversees orientation, onboarding, competency assessment, and education initiatives.
Develops curricula, instructional materials, and resources; ensures regulatory and accreditation alignment.
Supports preceptors, mentors, and instructors; facilitates simulation-based and experiential learning.
Collaborates with clinical leaders and educational teams to assess needs and measure outcomes.
