Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• 1–2 years of experience in education, training, or professional development in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with peers and leadership to assess training needs and deliver learner-focused educational experiences.
• Plan and deliver orientation programs for new hires to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain records of clinical training, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Provide hands-on training, classroom instruction, and simulation-based learning to build clinical competencies.
• Stay current with clinical practices and integrate evidence-based standards into training.
• Demonstrate leadership to foster teamwork and a collaborative work environment.
• Serve as a resource for nursing staff on best practices and professional development.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and outcomes.
• Support clinical rotation programs for students and coordinate their learning experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain reliable attendance.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
