Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech-language pathology.
• Texas Speech-Language Pathology licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience, preferably 5+.
• Experience supervising graduate students in clinical education.
• Required 9 hours of supervision continuing education.
• Experience with child and adult populations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clinical education of graduate students at the University Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic and off-campus sites.
• Assistance in developing and coordinating continuing education for Clinical Educators.
• Administrative tasks including ordering clinic supplies and coordinating hearing screenings.
• Attend clinic and Department meetings as appropriate.
