Responsibilities

• Supports clinical student onboarding, placement, and follow up for all clinical students across the Carle Health system.
• Organizes, coordinates, and continuously improves student clinical experiences to ensure high quality learning environments.
• Promotes access to clinical opportunities by facilitating clear, timely communication with academic partners, clinical teams, and system leaders.
• Ensures completion, documentation, and tracking of all regulatory requirements, compliance steps, and reporting for student processes.
• Manages academic affiliation agreements for all clinical students at Carle Health sites, ensuring regulatory and organizational alignment.
• Oversees student placement processes, onboarding workflows, and regulatory documentation using platforms such as the My Clinical Exchange system, SmartSheets, SharePoint, and other regulatory or credentialing applications.
• Collaborates with academic partners, Carle Health leaders, students, and preceptors to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and high quality clinical learning environment.
