Qualifications

• Masters preferred, healthcare admin or business/communications backgrounds.
• Experience with medical staff services and provider relations.
• Analytical and change-management capabilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and follow up on provider onboarding requirements, including LMS modules, to support clinician readiness and reduce delays.
• Assist with coordination of Respiratory Fit Testing and occupational health requirements, liaising between clinicians and internal teams.
• Provide guidance to providers on Illinois licensure applications and renewals, clarifying state-specific requirements.
• Assist with DEA registration, updates, and location-based changes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support EPCS enrollments by explaining requirements and following up to ensure timely access for patient care.
• Collaborate with Medical Staff Services to follow up IPPE, timelines, and documentation per policy.
• Support Medicare and payer enrollment follow up, including CMS 855I and ESA requirements.
• Assist providers with establishing NPI records and navigating NPPES/I&A questions to reduce credentialing delays.
• Respond to provider inquiries about NPI changes, name changes, DEA issues, and enrollment discrepancies.
• Represent provider enrollment during onboarding meetings, identifying risks and coordinating resolutions.
• Obtain updated board certification and DEA wallet copies when not received via credentialing.
• Serve as primary contact for locum tenens enrollment status and onboarding timelines.
• Outreach to clinicians when Medicaid enrollment profiles are locked and coordinate corrective actions.
• Validate practice location addresses for hybrid/telemedicine providers for enrollment and billing purposes.
• Support onboarding for enrollment-only clinicians without Medical Staff appointment.
• Coordinate collaborative agreements and prescriptive authority documents between physicians and APNs.
