Job summary

American Advanced Management operates Kentfield Hospital, a 60-bed LTACH in Marin County, CA. We are seeking a Facility Education and Staff Development Leader to develop, implement, and evaluate education programs ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and Joint Commission standards.

This full-time role is based at our Kentfield facility, with a focus on onboarding, competency documentation, and staff coaching across nursing education, patient safety, and clinical practice guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required.
• Current, valid and active Registered Nurse license in California.
• Minimum three years of RN experience.
• Minimum one year acute care experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate the education and development needs of the facility with an emphasis on staff competency.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new staff and external student placements.
• Maintain evidence of competency and education documentation for hospital staff.
