Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an experienced Clinical Applications Specialist to provide on-site and remote clinical training for Varian Medical System equipment, ensuring customers use the technology safely and effectively.

You will manage expectations, lead trainings, and contribute to cross-functional efforts while traveling up to 75–100% and maintaining LMS and other training tools.

Qualifications

• Certified Dosimetrist required; RT license preferred.
• Clinical understanding of medical/radiation oncology processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 75–100% and occasional weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor others and lead training initiatives.
• Familiarity with remote training tools and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote clinical training for Varian equipment.
• Manage customer training expectations and deliver high satisfaction.
• Lead or coordinate customer and employee training courses.
• Present at seminars, training programs, and trade shows.
• Create training materials (quick tips, workbooks, videos).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service and relationships.
• Ensure vendor credentialing requirements for client sites are met.
