Oak Street Health is seeking a Medical Scribe to support primary care providers by documenting patient encounters in real time and maintaining accurate clinical records. You will assist with coding (CPT/ICD-10), build After Visit Summaries, and help with documentation improvements in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications.

Responsibilities

• Documenting patient encounters in real time and in structured notes.
• Assigning CPT and ICD-10 codes.
• Preparing After Visit Summaries and ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Supporting providers with administrative tasks related to documentation.
