Judge Healthcare is seeking experienced and adaptable Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Registered Nurses to join our remote team supporting a leading Level 1 trauma and teaching facility. This opportunity is ideal for RNs who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to make a lasting impact on documentation quality and patient outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct concurrent reviews of inpatient records (20–25 reviews per day)
• Focus primarily on MS-DRGs, with working knowledge of APR-DRGs, SOI/ROM
• Collaborate with coding professionals to resolve mismatch cases
• Support new team members through mentoring and onboarding
• Contribute to strong team performance, consistently exceeding query and productivity benchmarks

Who we are looking for:

• Registered Nurse with clinical experience in a Level 1 trauma center
• Less than 4 years of CDI experience (we’re looking for sharp, coachable talent)
• Background in critical care, emergency medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics, and trauma cases
• Proficient with Nuance and JATA platforms (experience limited to 3M not preferred)
