Qualifications

  • 2 years of clinical documentation integrity and/or inpatient coding experience.
  • RN with active state licensure or certification in RHIA, RHIT, CDIP, CCDS or CCS.
  • Proficient in reporting and data analytics.

Job Summary

As the Clinical Documentation Integrity Analyst, you are a resource for internal customers and clinical staff for ProMedica’s Clinical Documentation Integrity program.

As an expert in data analytics, you will perform ongoing data analytics and review program performance metrics and organizational initiatives. You will identify trends and key areas of opportunity to ensure accurate reporting of quality outcomes and complete documentation in the health record.

Requirements
  • Associate of Nursing or Associate Degree in Health Information Management or related field.
  • Skills in data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI are needed to create reports and communicate findings effectively.
  • Knowledge of Inpatient Coding and Clinical Documentation Integrity.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of computer skills and applications, including Epic, 3M/360e and the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • 2 years of clinical documentation integrity and/or inpatient coding experience.
  • RN with active state licensure OR certification in RHIA, RHIT, CDIP, CCDS or CCS.
Preferred Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing or Bachelor Degree in Health Information Management or related field.
  • Proficient in reporting, data analytics and process improvement.
  • 3 years of clinical documentation integrity and/or inpatient coding experience.

Salary Range - $41,600 - $117,832
