The Villages of Indiana is seeking a Clinical Director to lead client-centered services for families and children. The role emphasizes culturally competent clinical supervision, treatment plan development, and crisis intervention to ensure high-quality care.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, have supervisory experience, and possess Indiana licenses (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC).

Qualifications

• Requires MSW/clinical degree with emphasis on practice.
• Two years in clinical or child welfare settings with family therapy experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience and licensure as LCSW/LMFT/LMHC in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Monitor therapeutic progress and direct development of clinical treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to case managers and therapists.
• Ensure services comply with standards and documentation requirements.
• Direct crisis intervention strategies and monitor risk.
• Provide direct therapy to clients as needed.
