The Villages of Indiana is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead clinical services at our Elkhart, Fort Wayne, or Marion offices. You will supervise clinicians, direct treatment plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory experience and licensure in Indiana (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC).

Job description

Are you an experienced clinician with the desire to help direct the support of families and children in overcoming challenges? If so, The Villages wants you to be our next Clinical Director!

This role can work out of our Elkhart, Fort Wayne or Marion offices.

The Clinical Director will provide client-centered, culturally competent, and effective services by:

• Monitoring therapeutic progress and directing the development and implementation of clinical treatment plans
• Providing both individual and group clinical supervision to case managers and therapists
• Ensuring services are delivered in compliance with service, agency, licensing, and accreditation standards, and documentation requirements
• Directing crisis intervention strategies and monitoring risk
• Providing direct therapy to clients as needed

Position Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work with an emphasis on Clinical Practice, Master's Degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology, or a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Two years previous experience in either a clinical or child welfare setting and training and experience in child, adult, and family therapy or counseling
• Three years of supervisory experience
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) through the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board
