Job summary

WestCare Foundation in California seeks a licensed clinician to plan and coordinate clinical activities for mental health services, provide clinical guidance to program staff, and conduct individual, group, and family counseling. The role collaborates with the Parole Outpatient Clinic for clients receiving psychiatric care and supports CalWORKS, Medi-Cal, housing, and education efforts.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field, LCSW/LMFT/LPCC preferred, and

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• LCSW, LMFT or LPCC preferred; license-eligible with supervision.
• Must be fully vaccinated and boosted per state requirements.
• Must obtain clearance from California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR).
• Experience in individual, group and family therapy; case management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate clinical activities for mental health services.
• Provide interviews, assessments and individual, group, and family therapy.
• Deliver case management and aftercare to integrate services.
• Collaborate with Parole Outpatient Clinic and program staff.
• Assist clients with CalWORKS, Medi-Cal, housing and education referrals.
