Under the guidance of the Market Leader and Clinical Market Leader, the CDIT will learn and assist in managing the Wellness department to ensure residents achieve and maintain their highest level of wellness and function.This role provides hands-on experience in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, staff management, and resident care coordination under the guidance of experienced clinical leaders.
