Job summary

Brenwood Park is seeking a capable clinical leader to oversee all resident care services and clinical operations. You will conduct ongoing assessments, plan services, and ensure compliance with regulations and infection control standards.

Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred, along with strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills. LPN license is preferred and CPR certification may be required.

Qualifications

  • Current LPN license preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in assisted living, senior living, or healthcare.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all clinical operations and resident care services.
  • Conduct resident assessments, service planning, and ongoing evaluations.

  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinical team.
  • Partner with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and therapy providers to coordinate care.
  • Monitor quality outcomes, medication management, clinical documentation, and risk reduction initiatives.
  • Support occupancy efforts through resident assessments and admission evaluations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence in resident care.

What We're Looking For
