Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts seeks a Clinical Director to oversee the Oasis 16-bed residential program, integrating evidence-based treatments for co-occurring disorders.

You will supervise Recovery Specialists, oversee clinical interventions, and coordinate assessments and treatment planning with individuals and providers. On-call coverage rotates roughly every six weeks, with a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field required.
• Current clinical licensure (LICSW/LCSW/LMHC/LMFT or LADC I) required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop clinical and recovery support services using evidence-based models.
• Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans with individuals and other providers.
• Provide supervision to Recovery Specialists and lead clinical functions.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
