Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Recovery Specialist to support adults with co‑occurring mental health and substance use disorders in a residential Oasis program. You’ll assist with assessments, treatment planning, and meals within a supportive, trauma‑informed environment.

The role emphasizes building relationships, facilitating activities, and coordinating transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and compassion for those in need.

Responsabilités

• Assist in completing assessments, treatment plans, and documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Prepare meals according to menu and share meal time with residents to build relationships.
• Plan and facilitate activities, treatment groups, and outings.
