Job summary

You will supervise PTAs, rehab technicians, and students, review referrals, plan treatments, and drive continuous improvement across scheduling, documentation, and analytics in a fast-growing, patient-centered

Qualifications

• Must have a master's or doctorate in PT and be licensed to practice in the state.
• Excellent leadership and supervision skills for PTAs and rehab staff.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Document all company notes, reports and summaries.
• Ensure smooth and timely patient flow.
• Assign and supervise the Physical Therapy Assistant's patient care activities.
• Assign and supervise the Rehab Technician's non-patient activities.
• Determine necessary PT based on prescriptions/referrals/patient condition/records.
• Review patient records and create/ carry out treatment plans.
• Oversee all assistant, technician and student job assignments/activities.
• Give lectures and provide PT training for in-house staff and outside groups.
• Provide analytics and oversight for clinic operations (payroll, filing, requisitions).
• Keep timely documentation including daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries.
• Assure patients are treated promptly in accordance with their scheduled appointments.
• Delegate appropriate patient care activities to PTA according to skill level.
