FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Cumming, GA seeks a Clinical Director (Physical Therapist) to lead patient care delivery and staff development.

You will oversee clinical operations, ensure quality treatment plans, and coordinate with teams to maximize patient outcomes. The ideal candidate holds a DPT or MPT, is licensed as a PT in Georgia, and demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills. Qualifications

• Master of Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT) from an accredited PT school.
• Current state licensing and all other state-required documentation.
• Substantial time working as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Document all company notes, reports and summaries.
• Ensure smooth and timely patient flow.
• Assign and supervise the Physical Therapy Assistant's patient care activities.
• Assign and supervise the Rehab Technician's non-patient activities.
• Determine necessary PT based on prescriptions/referrals/patient condition/records.
• Review patient records, develop and carry out treatment plans.
• Track and report treatment progress; adjust as necessary.
• Maintain timely documentation including daily notes, weekly reports, and discharge summaries.
• Ensure prompt treatment according to schedules.
• Delegate PT activities to PTA per state act.
• Evaluate treatment effects and adjust as needed.
• Plan lectures and training on physical therapy for staff and community groups.
• Analyze and optimize clinic operations and compliance.
