Sierra Endoscopy Center is seeking a motivated Clinical Director to lead the day-to-day operations across OR, Pre-OP/PACU, and SPD. The role includes implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience, reporting to the ASC Administrator and driving policies and staff performance.

The position runs Monday through Friday with no on-call, night, weekend, or holiday hours, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay based on experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical areas (OR, Pre-OP/PACU, SPD).
• Collaborate with ASC Administrator to promote fiscal accountability and policy development.
• Oversee staff credentialing, patient safety measures, risk management, and performance evaluations.
