Job summary

Sierra Endoscopy Center is seeking a Clinical Director to lead day-to-day operations across OR, Pre-OP/PACU, and SPD, driving efficiency and patient experience improvements. This role reports to the ASC Administrator and collaborates to ensure fiscal accountability, policy development, and staff performance evaluation.

Responsibilities include credentialing oversight, safety and risk management, and leveraging clinical leadership to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Sierra Endoscopy Center is an outpatient facility specializing in gastroenterology and endoscopic procedures. Our center is committed to providing exceptional care with a focus on patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinical areas (including OR, Pre-OP/PACU, and SPD) and implements process initiatives to improve efficiency of services and patient experience. The Clinical Director will report to the ASC Administrator and will collaborate with them to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. The Clinical Director will oversee staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, risk management duties, and use their clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.

Monday-Friday work schedule

NO call schedule required

NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours

The starting pay range is $124,800 - $146,600 annually, depending on experience.
