Job summary

Sierra Endoscopy Center is seeking a motivated Clinical Director to lead day-to-day operations across OR, Pre-OP/PACU and SPD, and to collaborate with the ASC Administrator to develop policies and improve patient outcomes.

This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call, nights, weekends, or holiday work, and a starting pay range of $124,800–$146,600 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical areas (OR, Pre-OP/PACU, and SPD).
• Collaborate with the ASC Administrator to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance.
• Oversee staff credentialing, patient safety initiatives, risk management duties, and clinical outcomes improvement.

Sierra Endoscopy Center is seeking a motivated Clinical Director to join our established team.

Sierra Endoscopy Center is an outpatient facility specializing in gastroenterology and endoscopic procedures. Our center is committed to providing exceptional care with a focus on patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinical areas (including OR, Pre-OP/PACU, and SPD) and implements process initiatives to improve efficiency of services and patient experience. The Clinical Director will report to the ASC Administrator and will collaborate with them to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. The Clinical Director will oversee staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, risk management duties, and use their clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.

NO call schedule required

NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours

The starting pay range is $124,800 - $146,600 annually, depending on experience.
