Avery's House LLC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the clinical team in Apache Junction and Mesa, AZ. The role focuses on staff leadership, case management oversight, and ensuring high-quality behavioral health services.

Minimum qualification includes a Master’s in Counseling or Social Work and an AZ behavioral health license (or independent AZ licensure). The organization offers full‑time employment with comprehensive benefits and an on‑call schedule.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years supervisory experience in a residential, outpatient mental health, or private practice setting.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field required.
• Current behavioral health license in Arizona or independently licensed in AZ.
• AZBBHE Approved Supervisor status preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and management in the clinical area as a role model for staff and clients.
• Maintain therapeutic relationships with staff and clients.
• Conduct weekly case conferences with therapists, case management, and interns for supervision and consultation.
• Coordinate assignment, reassignment, and termination of cases.
• Ensure quality of clinical services through supervision.
• Participate in hiring, discipline, and termination processes for clinical staff.
• Supervise and evaluate clinical team performance and develop individualized goals.
• Provide consultation and support to staff for difficult situations.
• Review incident reports and implement preventative changes.
• Coordinate care through case reviews and progress documentation.
• Complete monthly chart audits and review pre-admission assessments for admission decisions.
• Manage weekly programming schedule and on-call duties; meet KPI goals.
