About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Director (LMHP) to join our team at Life Consultants Inc. in Chesapeake, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of mental health professionals and make a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of mental health professionals
• Develop and implement treatment plans for clients
• Develop, implement and grow programs (i.e. Residential Crisis, Community Crisis, MHSS, IIH, Transitional Housing etc. and new programs)
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, which includes MCOs, as well as responding to private, state and federal CAPs/PIPs
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing support and training to staff
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall client care
• Drive consistent improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs) through strategic planning and execution
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required/assigned to support team and organizational goals

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) in the state of Virginia
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
