Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Active Georgia licensure: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Active clinical supervisor credential (CPCS, ACS, AAMFT Approved Supervisor, or board-recognized equivalent).
• 7–10 years of professional mental health experience with a focus on trauma and addiction.
• Experience providing clinical supervision to mental health professionals.
• Trauma-informed and strength-based care expertise.
• Criminal background check completed successfully.

A faith-based, non-profit organization in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversight for its two programs serving adult female survivors of sex trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation. The Clinical Director leads the development and implementation of the clinical model across both programs. As a member of the senior leadership team reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the director oversees clinical supervision, program development, and quality to ensure exceptional, trauma-informed care.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active, independent Georgia licensure: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Active clinical supervisor credential (CPCS, ACS, AAMFT Approved Supervisor, or board-recognized equivalent).
• 7–10 years of professional mental health experience, with a focus on trauma and addiction.
• Previous experience providing clinical supervision to mental health professionals.
• Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed and strength-based care.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Professional and personal references.
