Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) to develop leadership capabilities in our senior living community.

This program provides extensive training and hands-on experience to operate facilities and drive performance within nursing teams. CDIT will learn standards of practice for assisted living, support daily operations, and advance through a structured program toward licensure or certification.

Qualifications

• Current LVN/LPN/RN unencumbered Nursing License for your state of operation.
• Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or health care.
• Prior supervisory experience in the health care environment strongly preferred.

• Assist in the overall operation of the Community while completing required training hours for certification or licensure.

Our senior living community is currently seeking confident, results-oriented leaders to join our CDIT program as an Clinical Director in Training (“CDIT”). Through our program, we will provide you with extensive training and work experience so that you gain the key knowledge necessary to operate and drive results at one of our affiliated assisted living facilities as a Clinical Director.

About the Opportunity

The CD in Training (“CDIT”) is responsible for becoming familiar with the standards of practice for assisted living and achieving a proficient level of competency within all departments of the Community. The CDIT will assist in the overall operation of the Community while completing the required training hours for certification or licensure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current LVN/LPN/RN unencumbered Nursing License for your state of operation

• Current license/certification as required by the regulatory bodies governing the community.

• Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or health care.

• Prior supervisory experience in the health care environment strongly preferred.
