East Columbus Surgery Center is a physician-owned ambulatory center in Columbus, Ohio, seeking a Clinical Director to lead the day-to-day operations across multiple surgical specialties. The role emphasizes patient care, safety, and a collaborative culture, with weekday work only and occasional evenings.

You will oversee clinical supervision, program management, budgeting, staffing, and performance evaluation, partnering with physicians and support teams to uphold ISO standards and high-quality

Qualifications

• Must have current valid Ohio RN License.
• Experience with surgical and Pre-Op/Post-Op areas.
• Proven experience as clinical director or other managerial position.
• Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility. Your leadership will drive the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties. You will collaborate closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.
