Job summary

A Prosperous Tomorrow, Neuro Haus, seeks a Licensed Psychologist to serve as Clinical Director overseeing ABA therapy, outpatient mental health services, and psychological assessments. You will lead a diverse team of clinicians, ensure high-quality care, and drive evidence-based practices across programs.

You will collaborate with BCBAs, LBAs, therapists, educators, and community partners to develop integrated treatment plans aligned with client needs and family goals.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in clinical psychology or related field.
• Active Maryland Psychologist License in good standing.
• Minimum three years of experience with neurodivergent individuals.
• Experience conducting psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental disabilities, and behavioral health conditions.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for behavioral health, counseling, and ABA programs.
• Lead clinical quality standards across services.
• Collaborate with BCBAs/LBAs on treatment planning and progress.
• Ensure services adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards.
• Participate in strategic planning, accreditation, licensing, and quality assurance.
• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and generate diagnostic reports.
