Qualifications
- Master’s degree in mental health field required.
- Licensed in the State of Iowa.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership, supervision, and program development experience.
- Strong knowledge of mental health, substance abuse, and trauma-informed care.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership to guide strategy and program development.
- Lead and develop a strong clinical team and supervise outpatient clinicians.
- Promote trauma-informed, evidence-based care and conduct agency-wide trainings.
- Influence agency-wide initiatives and service integration.
- Ensure high-quality client care and maintain compliance while improving outcomes.
- Build community partnerships and drive program growth and innovation.
