Job summary

Tuerk House in Maryland seeks a Clinical Director to lead and oversee its clinical services, supervise Site Managers, counselors, social workers, and admissions staff, and ensure high-quality, compliant care across residential and halfway houses.

You will drive program performance, manage budgets, staffing, and vendor relationships, participate in quality improvement, and uphold accreditation standards through training, coaching, and development of staff.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in health care with at least 3 years of direct management responsibility in a clinical setting.
• Management experience in Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care and recovery management is preferred.
• Supervisory credentials through the MD Board of Professional Counselors are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, day-to-day direction, and management oversight for clinical programs.
• Supervise all residential and halfway house clinical and support staff.
• Supervise Substance Use Disorder Counselors and Social Workers and the Clinical department staff.
• Audit chart and treatment plans to ensure compliance and quality.
• Manage budgets, forecast expenses, vendor relationships, and staffing needs.
