Qualifications

• Strong experience in outpatient behavioral health and/or substance use treatment.
• Proven ability to provide clinical supervision and enforce standards.
• Deep understanding of ASAM criteria and documentation compliance.

• Review and approve assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Ensure appropriate level of care decisions and service delivery.

T & N Services and Solutions is seeking a Clinical Director to provide hands-on leadership and clinical oversight for our outpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) program in Baltimore, MD.

This is a high-impact, on-site leadership role for a licensed clinician who is ready to set clear expectations, strengthen clinical quality, and lead a team with consistency and integrity.

Your Impact

• Lead the stabilization and strengthening of a growing outpatient program
• Set and enforce clinical standards, workflows, and documentation expectations
• Provide direct clinical supervision and oversight to licensed and unlicensed staff
• Ensure full compliance with Maryland regulations, Medicaid, HIPAA, and ASAM criteria
• Improve clinical quality, staff performance, and client outcomes
• Partner with executive leadership to shape and grow the program intentionally
