Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia is seeking a Clinical Director/BCBA to oversee daily clinical operations at a single Alexandria clinic. You will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, guide treatment plans, and ensure high-quality care for children with autism.

The role emphasizes mentorship, leadership, and collaboration with a regional operations team. In this leadership position, you will conduct on-site supervision, participate in assessments, and travel as needed to support high-risk clients while expanding

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and Virginia LBA license.
• Minimum 3 years as Licensed BCBA; 5 years ABA field experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality.
• Oversee daily implementation of behavior intervention, treatment plans, and client documentation.
• Provide guidance to grow clinical and professional skills of BCBAs.
• Give direct verbal/written feedback to BCBAs and RBTs regarding clinical implementation.
• Conduct behavior and skill-based assessments and treatment plans for new clients in the region.
• Support BCBAs in extended assessments (FBA, FA, preference assessments).
• Meet weekly with BCBAs to review client progress.
• Conduct on-site supervision of BCBAs and RBTs at service locations.
• Make monthly check-ins with families.
• Support ABA Academy training program with regional data analysis.
• Develop and oversee a clinic-based curriculum.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations team and supervise BCBA Apprentices' hours.
• Travel for assessments and oversight of clinical team; support high-risk clients.
