ABA Centers of Florida in Jensen Beach, FL seeks a Clinical Director (BCBA) to oversee daily clinical operations at a single clinic location. You will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, guide treatment plans, and conduct assessments to ensure high-quality care for children and families.

Travel is required for assessments and oversight of the clinical team, and you will contribute to ongoing training through the ABA Academy of Excellence. A BCBA certification and strong leadership background are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• BCBA certification required.
• 5 years of ABA experience preferred.
• Clean background/drug screening and driving record required.

Aufgaben

• Supervise BCBAs and RBTs to maintain clinical quality.
• Oversee daily behavior intervention implementation and client documentation.
• Provide feedback to BCBAs and RBTs on clinical practice.
• Conduct behavior assessments and treatment plans for region clients.
• Support extended assessments (FBA, FA, preference tests).
• Make monthly calls with families.
• Support ABA Academy training by analyzing IOA data.
• Travel for assessments and oversight of clinical team.
