Ruby ABA in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Clinical Director to lead clinical operations and empower a team of BCBA and BT professionals. The Clinical Director will oversee clinical programs, ensure compliance with ABA standards, and foster a culture of compassionate care aligned with Ruby ABA values.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership to our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to design and deliver individualized treatment programs
• Conduct regular staff training and coaching to ensure compliance with ABA standards and company protocols
• Monitor and report on clinical outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Foster a culture of mutual respect, open communication, and continuous learning among team members
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices and advancements
