Job summary

Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Savannah, GA ABA clinic. You will oversee BCBAs and RBTs, ensure clinical quality, and supervise day-to-day clinic operations, while supporting families and expanding in-home services.

The role requires a BCBA and leadership experience, with responsibilities including staff supervision, treatment plan development, and ensuring ethical, evidence-based care for children aged 4–16 in the Savannah area.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
• BCBA License
• Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans
• Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic by setting clear expectations of all BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring clear communication amongst the team, and consistently enforcing company and ethical guidelines through clinical and operational practice.
• Supervise a caseload of approximately 2-3 clients (8-10 billable hours/week)
• Supervise and manage a team of RBTs and BCBAs in providing high-quality ABA services across in-home and in-clinic settings.
• Review and audit RBT documentation to ensure accuracy and clinical quality.
• Attend weekly 1:1 meetings with the Director of Operations to collaborate on staff scheduling, caseload balance, and clinic operations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and coach BCBAs and RBTs through direct and indirect supervision, modeling, and performance feedback.
• Support BCBAs in parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills at home and in the community.
• Maintain timely, thorough, and compliant clinical documentation.
