Position Summary:
This position is responsible for creating, directing, monitoring, analyzing, and implementing behavior analysis programs for clients. The role involves working with individuals and groups to promote optimal treatment outcomes through the acquisition of adaptive behaviors and reduction of maladaptive behaviors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, analyze, modify, and report on individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in treatment/behavior management team meetings.
- Set up data collection measures and record progress accurately.
- Use digital software platforms for practice management, billing, and data collection.
- Work with community support systems.
- Handle emotionally charged situations with interpersonal skills.
- Train others in effective behavior management techniques using Behavioral Skills Training.
- Communicate critical client information to supervisors, families, and stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of client records.
- Record client progress and prepare treatment materials.
- Attend staff meetings and submit reports and hours timely.
- Provide authorized treatment and evaluate supervisee performance.
- Respond professionally to communication and follow company policies.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as requested, demonstrating flexibility.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
- Complete documentation and logs accurately.
- Prioritize client needs and work in alignment with company values.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree and current BCBA certification.
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Understanding of intellectual disabilities and mindfulness work preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification and CPI or NCI training.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Behavioral intervention strategies and training skills.
- Knowledge of ethics, laws, developmental processes, and crisis management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle emergencies, and maintain professionalism.
