Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced BCBA supervisor to lead and oversee clinical quality across our ABA teams in Virginia. You will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, guide skill development, review client progress, and ensure effective implementation of treatment plans with rigorous data collection and IOA standards.

The role requires active BCBA certification, a Virginia LBA, and at least 3 years as a BCBA, with strong communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

Masters degree required.
Active BCBA certification required.
Virginia LBA licensure required.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed BCBA.
5 years ABA experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Clean background/drug screening and driving record.

Responsibilities

Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality.
Supervise daily implementation of behavior intervention, treatment plans, and client documentation.
Provide guidance to develop BCBAs’ clinical and professional skills.
Give verbal and written feedback to BCBAs and RBTs, including modeling.
Conduct behavior and skill-based assessments and treatment plans for clients.
Support BCBAs with extended assessment opportunities, including FBA, FA, and preference assessments.
Meet weekly with BCBAs to review client progress.
Conduct on-site supervision of BCBAs and RBTs at service locations.
Make monthly check-in phone calls with families.
Analyze regional IOA and treatment integrity data for the ABA Academy of Excellence.
Develop and oversee a clinic-based curriculum as part of a team.
Collaborate with the Regional Operations team.
Supervise unrestricted hours for BCBA Apprentices.
Travel for assessments, clinical team oversight, and high-risk client support.

Requirements
