Job summary

Baylor Surgicare Fort Worth I seeks a Clinical Director to lead and develop the center's clinical departments, including hiring, mentoring, scheduling, and supervision. The role requires strategic growth planning, revenue generation for clinical services, and ensuring compliance with Joint Commission and CMS standards.

The director will work with the management team, communicate effectively, and participate in staff development, quality assurance, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop ambulatory surgical center’s clinical departments through hiring, evaluating, mentoring, scheduling and supervision.
• Implement staff development programs, quality assurance, and monitor budgets for service programs.
• Collaborate with management to communicate effectively and plan strategies for program growth and business sustainability.
• Demonstrate ability to generate revenues for clinical services and manage client billings, with adherence to Joint Commission, CMS standards and performance improvement.
