• Hire, evaluate, mentor, schedule, and supervise staff.
• Coordinate patient care with business office, pre-op and PACU.
• Coordinate with physicians, medical staff, and administrator for effective communication.
• Direct hiring, selection, and training of medical personnel.
• Order or direct ordering of supplies and maintains records on narcotics.
