Job summary

Sacbar is seeking a Clinical Director of Aesthetics & Wellness in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time, in-person role oversees clinical operations across our centers as we expand into longevity and regenerative wellness.

You will lead clinical governance, training, and protocol development while contributing to strategic program growth. Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO with an active CA license, with board certification preferred in dermatology, plastic surgery, or longevity/regenerative medicine,

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted license to practice in California.
• Board certification preferred (dermatology, plastic surgery, or longevity/regenerative medicine specialty).
• Clinical experience with aesthetic and/or regenerative medicine.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve our service menu, evaluating new treatments, technologies and modalities before they're added, and retiring what no longer meets the bar.
• Author and continuously refine clinical protocols, keeping current as devices, products, and best practices evolve.
• Define patient-selection criteria, technique standards, and safety parameters reflecting real clinical judgment.
• Lead the training curriculum for injectors, NPs, PAs, and aesthetic staff across centers.
• Practice medicine in person.
• Travel between centers regularly.
• Review charts, monitor outcomes, and be a trusted clinical resource for providers.
• Guide the Longevity Platform by helping design and clinically validate new treatments and protocols as offerings expand.
