Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or related field.
• Current certification as BCBA, LCSW, LMFT or LPC.
• 3–5 years of clinical leadership experience overseeing treatment programs and clinical outcomes.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop clinical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in the field of behavior analysis.
• Successful completion of all required background checks and OIG/SAM.gov exclusion screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other therapy staff.
• Oversee development and implementation of individualized ABA-based treatment plans across the lifespan.
• Conduct assessments, data analysis, and progress monitoring to guide treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals for integrated client care.
• Develop and deliver staff training to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and field guidelines in ABA therapy.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of clinical staff.
• Contribute to clinic growth through networking and partnerships.
