Job summary

Mirabelle Care in Oklahoma City is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide clinical leadership and supervise treatment implementation across our pediatric therapy teams. You will support caregivers and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include maintaining 25 billable hours weekly, conducting FBAs, developing and overseeing treatment plans, and mentoring RBTs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in a related field required.
• Oklahoma licensure or eligibility required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
