Job summary

YOSO Recruiting seeks a Clinical Director to serve as the senior clinical leader at a brand new inpatient dual-diagnosis treatment center in Oklahoma. You will oversee all aspects of clinical programming, compliance, and staff development, ensuring delivery of evidence-based treatment to clients with co-occurring disorders.

The role requires leading clinical operations, collaborating with medical and operational teams, and maintaining high-quality care standards while managing a small caseload

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active licensure in Oklahoma as LCSW, LMHC, or LPC (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical supervision experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Strong knowledge of state regulations, documentation standards, and evidence-based treatment models.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee clinical programming aligned with best practices in behavioral health and substance use treatment.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapists, case managers, and other clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, Joint Commission standards, and policies.
• Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and Medical Director for integrated operations.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and professional development of clinical staff.
• Lead treatment team meetings, case reviews, and staff training.
• Oversee utilization review and medical necessity justifications.
• Maintain a small caseload to support program operations.
• Foster ethical practice, compassion, and client-centered care.

• Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Medical Director to ensure seamless coordination between clinical, medical, and operational departments.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of clinical staff.
• Lead treatment team meetings, case reviews, and staff training.
• Oversee utilization review and ensure clinical justifications for medical necessity.
• Maintain a small caseload as needed to support program operations.
• Foster a culture of ethical practice, compassion, and client-centered care.
