This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Clinical Director works closely with the Executive Director, medical providers, therapists, and facility leadership to ensure a safe, effective, and individualized treatment experience for every youth entrusted to our care.
