Job summary

Titan Placement Group is seeking a Clinical Director in Westwood, California to lead an established interdisciplinary team delivering high-acuity behavioral health care to adults with severe mental illness.

You will oversee clinical operations, intake, care coordination, and treatment planning while partnering with psychiatric and operational leadership to strengthen team culture and clinical outcomes. This onsite role offers a competitive base salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted California license (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT or LPCC).
• Significant experience with severe mental illness.
• PHP/IOP or high-acuity behavioral health experience preferred.
• Ability to lead an interdisciplinary clinical team.

Clinical Director
Westwood, California

We’re hiring a Clinical Director who wants to lead meaningful, high-acuity behavioral health care while developing and supporting an established interdisciplinary team.

You’ll step into an outpatient leadership role serving adults with severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar I disorder, and treatment-resistant depression. You’ll lead clinical operations and team development while remaining connected to complex patient care.
