Job summary

Qualifications

• AZ Board of Behavioral Health License is required.
• LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) is required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.
• Assist in the training and development of clinical staff.
• Oversees general clinical operations and maintains an effective clinical organizational structure.
• Reviews assessments and treatment plans and signs off on all clinical staff documents.
• Collaborates with the Director of Operations and Nursing Management.
• Meet with the clinical team weekly to review patient charts and group coverage.
• Manage curriculum for the program and ensure patients are cared for in a clinical manner.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
