Job summary

W3Global in Jessieville, AR, is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient programs, ensuring clinical quality and compliance.

You will supervise 2 therapists growing to 4, provide supervision to LMSWs and interns, lead weekly staffing, and support a new Medical Detox launch. This on-site role includes standard hours and faith-aligned mission support.

Qualifications

• LCSW strongly preferred; LPC considered for the right candidate.
• Active Arkansas clinical license.
• 10+ years of SUD treatment experience.
• 3+ years of Clinical Director/clinical leadership experience.
• Strong clinical supervision and team leadership skills.
• Experience with mental health and substance use populations.
• Strong alignment with a faith-based mission and values.
