Job summary

Rite of Passage is seeking a Clinical Director for Joann Bridges Academy in Greenville, FL. The role focuses on assessing student mental health needs and overseeing a team providing individual, group, and family therapy within a residential setting.

The successful candidate will supervise staff, monitor students on psychotropic medications, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based treatment. A Florida license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) and CACIII are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, or human services, with four years related experience on residential facility management.
• Must possess a current Florida License - LCSW, LMFT, or LPC along with CACIII.

$87,999.96/Annually– Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%,4%, or 6%)
