Job summary

High Point & Affiliated Organizations seeks a Clinical Director for the Men's Addiction Treatment Center (MATC) in Brockton. The role leads clinical operations, supervises clinicians, and provides direct client services including evaluations, counseling, crisis management, and aftercare planning.

The position requires a Master's degree in a related field with independent licensure (LMHC/LICSW/LADC1) and at least two years of supervisory experience alongside four years of behavioral health

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling or substance abuse counseling.
• Independently licensed (LMHC, LICSW, LADC1).
• Minimum of two years of clinical supervisory experience and four years of behavioral health counseling experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage program goals and objectives as assigned by Program Director.
• Supervise Clinicians as assigned by Program Director.
• Provide direct services including evaluations, individual/group/family counseling, crisis management and aftercare planning.
• Facilitate meetings, case conferences and trainings as assigned.
• Monitor staff attendance at required meetings and trainings.
• Participate in Multidisciplinary Treatment Team and Utilization Review.
• Assist in development and updating of clinical/psycho-educational programs.
• Prepare statistics, reports and participate in grant writing processes.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Regulations and HIPAA practices.
• Develop community contacts and collaborations as needed.
• After-hours/on-call program support for emergencies.
• Other duties as assigned by Program Director/Site Director

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

• Review and manage existing program goals and objectives assigned by Program Director

• Responsible for supervision of Clinicians as assigned by Program Director

• Provide direct services to clients, which will include but not limited to evaluations of clients; Individual, group and/or family counseling, crisis management, and aftercare planning. Productivity expectations will be determined based on the number of direct supervisees.

• Facilitate all meetings, case conferences and trainings as assigned

• Monitor staff attendance at all required meetings and trainings as required

• Facilitate/participate Multidisciplinary Treatment Team and Utilization Review

• Assist in development and updating of clinical and psycho- educational programs

• Preparation of statistics, reports correspondence and participation in RFP grant writing process, Joint Commission preparation, Tally Card and other writing duties as needed

• Ensure compliance with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2; and Confidentially of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patients and HIPPA regulations and best practice processes and protocol in the provision of highest quality client care

• Develop community contacts and collaboration with other organizations as needed

• After-hours/on-call program support for patient clinical emergencies, dose verification, and other patient urgent needs on a rotating basis with Program Director

• Other duties as assigned by the Program Director/Site Director
